Stuart Allison

Principal

Stuart is an independent corporate real estate advisor who has spent over 20 years advocating for occupiers of commercial accommodation.

With extensive professional experience in Scotland, Australia and New Zealand, Stuart has helped countless corporate clients navigate the complexities of property leases, acquisitions and disposals.

Stuart’s unwavering commitment to delivering independent property advice, coupled with his personable and pragmatic communication style, have helped him forge long-term and valued client relationships with blue-chip corporations and well-known brands; many have followed him throughout his career.

Stuart’s specialisations include lease negotiations, rent reviews, property procurement, market research and analysis, feasibility modelling and strategic planning.


Peter Messenger

Principal

Peter is recognised as one of Australia’s most experienced independent real estate advisors. With a career spanning more than 35 years, he has developed a detailed understanding of business diversity and management processes and property market trends.

Peter’s expertise is based on a solid foundation of management, valuation training and lease negotiation. He has an intimate knowledge of lease structure and tenancy administration and looks for ways to continually add value to his clients.

Peter's specialisations include tenant representation/advocacy, rental determination, expert rent review advice, make good disputes and lessee dispute resolution.


Andy Kane

Principal

Andy has over 18 years real estate experience specialising in providing independent real estate advice to corporate and government clients.

Andy’s strategic consultancy expertise and pro-active approach allows occupiers to align real estate with the objectives and requirements of the business.  His skill set includes the full range of corporate real estate services - developing occupier strategies, negotiation for lease and agreement for lease acquisitions, lease renewals, disposals, rent reviews, valuations, feasibility analysis and makes goods which enables the effective delivery of client requirements.

Andy’s understanding of business operations and the drivers of corporate decision making underpins his strategic approach to all aspects of the real estate consultancy services he provides.


Tim Nicholas

Principal

Tim has over 30 years experience in the Corporate Real Estate sector across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, specialising in tenant and purchaser advocacy for national and international companies and believes that the corporate real estate occupier not only has the right to, but deserves conflict free and independent property advice.

Tim provides sound strategic property advice to the corporate occupier of real estate - both tenants and owner occupiers - within the office, industrial and retail sectors. Providing advice for market rent reviews, carrying out market research, premises searches, negotiating premises lease exits and freehold disposals together with premises make-good and reinstatement matters, preparation of in depth strategic property strategies, feasibility modelling / financial analysis and generating negotiation leverage, savings, efficiencies and improving the client's bottom line.

Tim has a vast array of clients ranging from large corporations to smaller private companies that value his ability to put himself in their shoes to understand their business and business drivers keeping their strategic corporate real estate interests at heart.


Anna Rusk

Associate

Anna has worked in the corporate real estate industry for over nine years, representing clients in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Beginning her career as a Commercial Property Manager responsible for suburban and city fringe office assets, Anna then transitioned into a role as a Consultant working as the Account Manager for the Ernst & Young Oceania Transaction Account.

Benefitting from experience working for both landlords and occupiers, Anna has an excellent understanding of what motivates each party in a transaction - this helps her undertake skilful negotiations.

Anna’s specialisations include lease acquistions, lease renewals, portfolio strategy, market intelligence, rent reviews and make good settlements.


Malcolm Hunter

Associate

Malcolm has 14 years experience working in multiple property classes globally, providing strategic advice to corporate occupiers and Lessors. Malcolm is an excellent communicator – an attribute that allows him to grasp the requirements of corporate occupiers quickly, delivering accommodation solutions aligned with their business objectives.

Malcolm’s specialisations include small and large-scale lease restructures, renewals, relocations, rent reviews, lease disposals, sub leasing and make good agreements. He also manages large and complex real estate portfolios and their strategic planning.


Adam Hodgson

Associate

Adam is an Associate of ICP Oceania Pty Ltd.

Having gained over 15 year’s experience in the property industry with a focus and interest in advising corporate occupiers in both the UK and Australia.

Adam’s pragmatic approach is to gain a deep understand of a client’s business, their strategic objectives and to align this with optimal premises and accommodation solutions that exceed client expectations.

n 2002 Adam completed a Master Degree in Property Valuation and Law at the City University, London and moved into commercial real estate working in Leeds for Knight Frank, Savills and JLL over a 9-year period specialising in commercial office leasing and transaction services.

Adam has a broad range of commercial property and business experience that he continues to draw upon in his client interactions and assignments.


Andrew Houghton

Property Consultant

Andrew has over 4 years real estate experience specialising in tenant representation/advocacy, management of national property portfolios and client relationship management within the market sectors of office, industrial and retail.

A particular focus in Andrews’s role is formulating and implementing accommodation strategies, lease acquisitions and renewals, disposals, assisting with make goods, rent reviews, stakeholder management and contract negotiation.

Andrew has a proven track record in effectively managing complex real estate projects and portfolios, within critical time and budget parameters, by consulting with key stakeholders to identify needs and delivering solutions that are aligned with the organisation’s corporate objectives.


James Teale

Consultant

James has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and uses his sound knowledge of finance and his exceptional attention-to-detail to provide a high level of service to all of his clients. He also helps the team with research, negotiations, and financial analysis.


Nick Meadows

Analyst

Nick has recently joined the ICP team having graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property & Valuations) (Honours). Nick has exemplery analytical and presentation skills and helps the team with site identification and research, financial analysis and documentation finalisation.
